Quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal. Payment terms, milestones and invoicing schedules are defined per project. Late or non-payment may result in the suspension of services or deliverables.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely access to required materials, information, approvals and feedback. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of Paradox Unity.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement and to use it only for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we make no warranties that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
